As the director of the Bonsai After-School Program, Will leads the team. He ensures that the ministry stays true to its mission and vision as Bonsai grows and that it can be resourced to do so. He also manages relationships with local organizations, such as schools and government agencies.
As Bonsai's program coordinator, Amanda oversees the day-to-day running of the program. She manages staff and volunteers and handles program finances as well as logistics for meals and transportation. Amanda also oversees communication with parents of children attending the ministry.
Will and Amanda have been missionaries with Inca Link in Manta, Ecuador since February 2014, and created and started Bonsai. They are both originally from southern Georgia. Prior to working with Inca Link, Will served as a youth pastor and Amanda worked in real estate. They have two children: Emery and Selah.
